Questions & Concerns
Trying ayahuasca can be intimidating. It is an incredibly powerful psychedelic. And it can bring much of what you have hidden in the depths of your subconscious to the surface of awareness – pains and traumas, self-deceits and defenses, but also your deepest gratitudes, values, and aims.
It shows us that your path to healing begins by facing yourself – all of yourself. You must first open to, feel, and accept the pain, fear, trauma, and regret you have buried deep within before you can begin to heal and find peace.
So, if you have any questions or concerns before we embark on this journey, let’s talk. We want to do everything in our power to make sure you feel safe and loved while you explore the deepest dungeons and highest peaks of your being.
Meet Our Shaman
Wilma Mahua Campos is an Indigenous medicine woman, curandera, and ayahuasquera from the Ucayali region of the Peruvian Amazon. She is a mother of five and the daughter of Benjamin Mahua, a widely respected traditional healer from the community of Pau Jung Pulcala.
Wilma was trained directly by her father in ancestral plant medicine and has walked this path for over three decades. Her work is rooted in deep relationship with the plants, ceremony, and the living wisdom of the Amazon. She is known for her grounded presence, precision, and integrity, and has been called to share her healing work beyond her homeland with people from around the world.
In 2014, Wilma was diagnosed with stage three cancer, a moment that profoundly reshaped her path. Through her devotion to traditional medicine and her relationship with the plants, she experienced her own healing. This initiation strengthened her calling and deepened her capacity to guide others through transformation with humility, strength, and respect for the medicine.
Wilma’s work is guided by lineage, lived experience, and an unwavering commitment to healing that honors both body and spirit.
