4. How are art therapy and creative release practices incorporated?

Art therapy and creative release practices are integrated into our coaching to help clients express emotions, release stress, and tap into deeper self-awareness. These practices can include drawing, painting, journaling, or other forms of creative expression, regardless of skill level.



5. How long is a typical coaching session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but we may create a plan for you that involves 90 minute sessions as well. Sessions involving creative expression may be longer to allow time for artistic exploration and reflection.

6. What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session will involve an exploration of your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. We’ll also discuss any creative outlets that interest you and how they can be incorporated into your wellness journey.

7. Do I need to be an artist to benefit from creative release practices?

Not at all! Art therapy and creative release practices are about self-expression, not artistic ability. These practices allow you to explore your emotions and mindset in a non-verbal way, opening up new avenues for personal growth.

8. Is holistic coaching a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?

Holistic coaching complements traditional therapy and medical care but is not a substitute. Our focus is on growth, wellness, and creative self-expression, whereas therapy often addresses specific mental health disorders.

9. Do you offer group coaching or workshops?

Yes! We regularly host group coaching sessions and wellness workshops, both in-person and online. Topics include stress management, meditation, creative release, and women’s empowerment. 11. What are the rates for your coaching services?

Our rates vary depending on the type and length of the session. We offer individual sessions, packages, and corporate wellness programs. Most individual 1hr sessions will cost ~$200, purchasing packages will lead to a discount. 

12. Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes! In addition to personal coaching, we offer holistic wellness programs tailored to businesses. Our Satya Synergy initiative includes sales team mindset coaching, team collaboration coaching, and creative release practices to foster innovation, stress relief, and employee well-being.

13. What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within this window will not be eligible for a refund/reschedule.

15. What is a sound bath and why is it beneficial?

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These harmonic frequencies are designed to guide you into a relaxed state, helping to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote emotional healing. The vibrations from the sound waves work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, clear energy blockages, and enhance mental clarity.

Sound baths are especially effective for those looking to reset mentally, let go of stress, and connect more deeply with themselves.
